six hours of being in the hospital is enough for one day.

jacob's surgery went well...

he is on pain meds, but still sick to his stomach.

hopefully he will begin to feel better tomorrow morning.

Thankful.

yesterday, jake went to the doctors because

he had been pulling at both ears and coughing pretty bad.

he weighed in at 18 lbs. 13 oz. of SOLID muscle!

the doctor said he looked GREAT...

his ears were good, his throat was good and so were his lungs!

he just needs the boogies sucked out of his nose, 

which isn't fun for him or me, but we will do it.

uncle rob is here with his friend ron.

gabriella is loving every minute she gets to play with them. 

we only wish auntie erica was here too....

i think we will be going to the beach tomorrow for some surfing! 

it is a warm 73 today so it should be nice and warm in the ocean tomorrow too.

please pray for jacob...

he is having surgery on thursday afternoon for a deviated septum (nose).

it's pretty routine, but it is still surgery

Lots going on...

We have been very busy and now i am sick and so are the kids.

i just feel like i can't catch up with everyday tasks.

the laundry is clean, but not put away.

i hate piles of clean clothes, if only i could find time to put them away!

my school is on spring break, but there is so much homework i am behind.

jacob is finishing up his last class this next week.

we are going to bakersfield this weekend for junior miss.

my brother is coming into town for the week.

i am trying to start a new project/job ....

there is so much that sometimes it all seems very overwhelming!

where do i begin...

i don't even have time to add any pictures right now. 

hopefully i can get back to blogging next week.

Beach Day.

where else can you go to the beach in February? 

that is where we were last week.

it was very beautiful weather...

almost hot at times, but i'm not complaining!

we couldn't ask for a more beautiful place to live.

Gabriella LOVES the water.

it was FREEZING cold, but that didn't bother her

since we wouldn't let her go all the way in 

she just dumped her sand bucket full of water on her head! 

then she was shivering, teeth chattering and all... 

so uncle rob got her warm.

here is one of the best auntie and uncle a boy and girl could ask for...

uncle rob and auntie erica came to visit. 

it was great to see them and spend time together.

we only wish they could have stayed longer!

uncle rob and auntie erica both got to hold jake while he was cuddly and sleepy

we finally got to do the crafting we wanted to do at christmas.

we both wish we lived closer together to do scrapbooking together.

for now we will just have to do little projects.

mine is still not done due to having to nurse the little guy. 

hopefully mine will get done soon and i can post pictures of it.

we celebrated melonie's birthday while they were here.

and had yummy cupcakes
